Job Overview

This Summer internship offers valuable, real-world experience in technical sales, with the opportunity for a full-time role after graduation. As a Tech-Ed Sales Intern, you'll work alongside an experienced Sales Representative, gaining hands-on training in sales strategy, client engagement, and project execution. You'll contribute to expanding our reach in the education sector while developing critical sales and business skills.

Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team by processing and managing customer orders efficiently.Maintain and update customer databases and sales pipelines.Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans with management oversight.Stay informed on company and competitor products to maintain expertise in the industry.Collaborate with the sales manager to address customer concerns and support collections when necessary.Help with quoting for both sales and service teams, ensuring accuracy in Salesforce.Update pricing across all Salesforce price books to maintain accurate sales records.Assist in Hard Closing by verifying order completion and ensuring proper documentation.Coordinate installation follow-ups, including sending out feedback surveys and gathering responses.Support inventory management, helping track and organize product availability.Perform administrative tasks efficiently in line with company best practices.
Qualifications
Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Technical aptitude to understand and explain product specifications.Proficiency in Salesforce or a willingness to learn CRM systems.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
