Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at GetWireless will be responsible for hunting and prospecting new opportunities within an assigned territory, while also maintaining and assisting in expanding the growth potential with established customers within that territory. The sales process will consist of making outbound sales calls and acting on qualified leads. The ISR will provide quotes to customers and then review sales orders for accuracy. The ISR will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations, assisting with logging Opportunities and Registrations into the CRM, managing new opportunities to completion, and providing sales forecasting for their segment of the customer base.
Daily Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsRe-establish and expand the growth potential for dormant, existing customersUnderstand customer needs and requirements to match them to the appropriate product in our expanding portfolioWork closely with management and other internal team members as well as external sales and service teams to generate high customer satisfactionMaintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidanceResearch and provide recommendations on new solutionsRecommend profit and service improvementsProvide Quotes for customersReview Sales Orders for accuracyEnter all new Registrations into CRM, along with associated opportunityComplete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports by daily use of CRM for all contacts, accounts, and opportunitiesMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
Participate in Trade Shows to expand territory networking and growth potential
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree - Business or Marketing/SalesAssociates degree considered with 5 years of relevant work experienceMinimum of 2 years of Sales experience dealing with a technical product line - preferably within cellular data communicationsIndependent achiever with history of achieving and exceeding sales goalsStrong technical product background/aptitude in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data TechnologiesMust be product certified with demonstrable expertiseProven success in the sales field working with Value Added Resellers and end customers Skilled in developing and maintaining client relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be organized and able to manage time effectivelyAbility to prioritize multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines and perform under pressurePC and basic networking skills required with strong knowledge of using a CRM, plus Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointProven ability to work as part of a team to achieve goalsMaintain a high level of integrity, quality work standards and service excellence
