We're excited to present an Inside Sales Representative opportunity for someone who shares our value of striving to exceed our customers' expectations! During training, you will work with our Inside Sales Team, gaining expertise in product, process, selling skills, and service. After successful completion of our training program, you'll field phone and web product inquiries from customers, create quotations, and enter orders. You'll handle inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment, so energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to WOW the customer are critical to your success!

This role is based in Milwaukee, WI. During training, this person will be expected to be in office Monday-Friday. Once training is complete, a hybrid schedule is offered.

Here's a General Overview of What You'll Be Doing
Source new sales opportunities through inbound callsUtilize consultative selling to understand customer goals and challengesAnswer customer questions, demonstrating product knowledgeDevelop meaningful relationships with customers that encourage trust and loyaltyUtilize sample and space planning programs to assist in selling processProvide quotations tailored to the customer's needsClose and process ordersDevelop leads and referrals working jointly with our other sales channelsUtilize timely follow-up to aid customers throughout the buying processProvide World Class service to customersImprove sales skills to increase win rateAchieve monthly/annual quotas
What We're Looking For
2+ years of previous customer service, inside sales, or call center experienceTechnical proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applicationsExhibit a passion for service and an ability to bond with customers over the phoneCapacity to effectively change direction when neededCan work quickly and independentlyStrong organizational and prioritization skills a mustAbility to maintain a high degree of accuracyDisplay professional presence and a positive "work well with others" attitude
It Would Also Be Really Great To Have
Associates or Bachelor's degree Experience working with vendors on product related inquiriesPrevious work in office furniture or a related field
