We are currently seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our team. We are specifically looking for a self-motivated individual to continue driving growth with established customers and develop new customers. You will be supported by our highly knowledgeable inside sales team and knowledgeable managers who will assist you in meeting and exceeding your goals.
Essential FunctionsWork with your leadership to create a sales plan to develop a prospect list to capture new businessFull cycle prospecting activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentationsCollaborate with knowledgeable customer service and technical support teams who will assist you in meeting and exceeding your sales goalsUtilization of tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territoryExperience, Education and SkillsHighschool Diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering OR 2-year technical degree is preferred1+ year industrial sales experience of service and repair, with preference given to experience within electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components. Ability to establish and maintain business relationshipsMust have clear and concise verbal and written communication skillsComputer proficiency is requiredMust have a valid driver's license Overnight travel may be required This role requires the ability to drive for customer visits, standing and walking throughout the day, and at times may be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs.
