Position Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and engaging with potential customers through inbound and outbound outreach efforts. Support the development and refinement of sales pitches and outreach strategies to optimize lead generation. Track and report on lead metrics, providing observations to help improve team performance. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead statuses in our CRM (Salesforce). Contribute to creating a positive and energetic work environment by participating in team discussions and activities. Embrace the fast-paced, evolving landscape of a growing company and approach new challenges with enthusiasm. Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and provide relevant insights about prospects' needs and interests. Participate in sales meetings to share observations on prospect feedback and refine sales strategies based on real-time data. Learn and apply social selling techniques to connect with potential clients, share meaningful content, and enhance ParkHub's online presence. Assist in developing and refining call scripts and email templates to improve outreach efficiency and effectiveness. Gain valuable insights by shadowing senior sales team members, learning best practices, and observing advanced sales techniques in action.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Confident in engaging with prospects through cold calling and building initial connections. A motivated self-starter with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and captivate prospects effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and presentation abilities. Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about learning and utilizing emerging sales technologies.
Requirements:
Must be based in the US, and in the DFW area.
Education and Certifications:
In their senior year of college or graduate school.
