Regional Sales Dir Mountain

The Regional Sales Director - Mountain Region will lead and manage a team of Therapeutic Specialists in the Dermatology market of the Mountain Region (includes Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming). The RSD will focus on continuing to launch Arcutis's products and brand to a specified customer base. They will be responsible for the acquisition, expansion, and retention of targeted business within their assigned geography, and manage region and territory alignments to ensure optimal account coverage and impact. The RSD will develop, maintain, and utilize a high level of product and disease knowledge to promote the appropriate use of Arcutis products to key customers. They will manage, develop and provide leadership to a team of direct reports to achieve and/or exceed sales and earnings goals. The Regional Sales Director - Mountain Region would need to live within the region and ideally be located in a city with access to a major airport such as Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Kansas City.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for hiring, coaching and leading a team of Dermatology Therapeutic SpecialistsLaunch Arcutis and approved products to specified customer baseResponsible for achieving and/or exceeding all sales goals and objectives Responsible for supervising operations of the region which includes team development, administrative responsibilities, performance management, etc.Oversight/accountability for development and execution of account-specific/region business plans/strategy Cross-functional team collaboration in line with goals and objectivesEstablish and/or cultivate KOL relationshipsPlanning/execution of and/or contribution to sales meetingsManagement/Prioritization of multiple projects at the region and possibly national levelExpertise for disease state/market for the regionAlignment, advocacy, and commitment to Arcutis values/vision/missionManages Region budget and effectively leverages approved resourcesAdherence to compliance (company and governmental policies, procedures, and regulations) and safety/health protocols established by the company
Education & Licenses and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; advanced degree is preferredTypically requires 10 or more years of field sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience or equivalent experienceTravel required but geography/territory specificValid/current driver's licenseRequired to live within the assigned geography
