Summary: The Coordinator, Sales and Customer Success supports our dynamic Sales organization, ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales activities by providing administrative, operational, and logistical support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.Handle expense reports, purchase orders, and invoice processing.Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and contact lists.Assist with tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports.Assist sales reps with invoice tracking, monitors past due accounts and supports collection activities.Support the onboarding process for new sales team members by organizing training materials and coordinating logistics.Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably supporting a sales or customer-facing team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.Must have good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a sales-driven environment.Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.CertificationsN/A
Physical Requirements
This position operates in a typical office environment and requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical requirements may include:

Work Environment
Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote):
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence [three days per week] and remote work [two days per week]. Core work hours will be designated by the department. The office environment includes a standard workstation setup with collaborative spaces, while remote work requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Employees must maintain availability during standard business hours and adhere to company policies for both in-office and remote work.

The hiring range for this position is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
