ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for sales operations activities in both a pre and post sales environment until the ending of our peak season in March. To ensure the thorough review and timely processing of sales operations processes, general exception reports including data set cleaning/maintenance and the processing of exception reports, enabling customer service to facilitate and support customer contacts.
To support the streamlining and standardisation of Sales Operations processes, with a focus upon process automation including integrations, data entry and data migration. This in turn support business transformation and the Grow, Simplify and Adapt business strategy.
Duties may include any of the following:
1. Process sales operation activities and work streams according to business determined KPI's and SLA's: workstreams include but are not limited to:
• Payment batching.
• Payment reconciliation activity.
• Order processing and management.
• Online product access activation.
• Troubleshooting access issues.
• Distribution Management.
• Query resolution for internal and external customers.
• General Administration and housekeeping.
2. Support members of the Leadership team to review sales operation processes across Divisions, find commonalities, and assist in the development of streamlining processes.
3. Maintain the ERP/SAP customer data in accordance with the defined Governance principles.
4. Manage Advantage, Sigma and SAMS customer records and proactively ensure that data is clean and accurate.
5. Continually look for sales processing operational efficiencies in BAU within a CIP process.
6. Keep knowledge and skill base active and up to date.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience of working in a high-volume data processing or customer services operation, ideally from within the publishing industry Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational skills, methodical and tenacious Experience of working in a pro-active team-based environment desirable Experience of working with data bases or CRM system at an operational/processing level Experience in team-based CIP desirable

Salary: $47,545 - $52,000 dependent on skills and experience
