Regional Vice President Payer Sales

Overview

Edifecs is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Regional Vice President, Healthcare Payer Sales. This is a direct sales position with quota responsibility. The ideal candidate will be an articulate, high-energy, self-motivated sales professional with a minimum of 10 years experience selling enterprise software solutions to the health insurance industry. If a candidate has experience selling B2B, middleware, data transformation solutions, business intelligence software, or value- based care thats a plus. The Regional Vice President, Payer Sales will be responsible for managing all Health Care sales activity for key accountsgrowing Edifecs revenues and client base in this territory.

What you will do:
Prospect and qualify new sales leads to expand the customer basePresent and demonstrate the value of products or services to prospective buyersBuild and maintain relationships with clients and potential clientsUnderstand customer needs and develop tailored proposals and solutionsNegotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholdersCollaborate with sales teams to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-sellingManage a portfolio of accounts and operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to those accountsTrack, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to management and clientsOwn the sales process, helping the organization understand the customer, and coordinating with other team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutionsKeep up-to-date with market trends, product innovations, and competitor actions
What you will bring:
10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven prospecting skills5+years experience selling technology solutions to the US health insurance market,The ability to understand clients business issues and align the value of Edifecs solutions to these issues successfullyOutstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detailOrganized, self-motivated, hard-working problem-solver who can work with minimal direction once objectives are clearly statedComputer skills competency including MS Office suite and SalesForce.com, and strong documentation skills
Note:The expected base pay range for this position is $120,000- $175,000 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. You will also have variable compensation subject to your performance against the compensation plan for your role.
