Job Summary
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the sales team by managing and optimizing sales processes, maintaining accurate sales data, and providing analytical insights. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team, daily reporting, sales cadences and collaboration across other departments
Estimated Salary Range: $63,000-66,000

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Assist in the development and implementation of sales operations strategies.Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.Manage and report on KPIs for sales reps.Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to the sales operations manager.Coordinate with Marketing, Underwriting, Operations and other departments to ensure the Sales team is aligned and optimized with overall business objectives.Sales enablement and CRM trainingThis position reports directly to the Director, Tier 1 Sales

Minimum experience/qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldProficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and related computer knowledgeExceptional communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsCompetitive, hard working nature with a strong sense of urgencyTeam player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilitiesStrong Customer Service skills
Preferred experience/qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dymanics, PowerBI, and PLEX a plus
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant degree from an accredited four-year college or university with 5-6 years of relevant experience; Masters degree in a relevant degree from an accredited four-year college or university with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Background prerequisites
