Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sales & Commerical Regional Manager for our facility located in Rock Hill, SC. This position can be a remote position depending on where the candidate is located. As the Regional Manager for Sales & Commerical you will be developing and achieving the sales forecast for the assigned territory. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers, achieving budgeted sales growth and maintaining minimum profit margins within the territory.

What will you be doing?

Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and sales teamCommunicating with all levels of the organizationUnderstanding product positioning, routes to market and advertisingDeveloping a strong market and brand value selling capabilityExecuting plans to achieve profitable sales within KPI's and metricsTraveling as required by the business and territory (regional and/or international) up to 80% along the East CoastReporting sales activity, account information, sales cycles, expenses, etc.
Who are You?
Bachelor's level degree is preferredMinimum of 10 years of field sales experience within the specific business or technology areaGood working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM or similar softwareGood collaborator in achieving business goalsEffective home office workerExcellent language skills, business report writing, presentation creation and delivery
What competencies will you need?
Strong knowledge of the industry, customers, competitors, and product linesGood understanding of contracts (NDA, Sales, Supply, Distributor)Understands the structure of a value-based sales approachAble to communicate effectively with customers and peers to execute sales tacticsEffective account management, relationship building and negotiation skillsWorking knowledge and capability to use at least one CRM systemEffective communication, in writing and verbally, both inside and outside the companyDemonstrated excellent follow up skills and attention to detailDevelops effective relationships with customers and other team membersCapable of understanding customer needs and recommend optimum products and servicesIndependent and self-motivated to achieve business goalsEffective time-management skills understand priorities and deliver on agreed goals
