Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively engage in outbound prospecting to identify, qualify, and nurture leads within assigned accounts, focusing on growth opportunitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesCollaborate with the sales team to develop tailored strategies for growing revenue within assigned accountsConduct in-depth research on prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential areas for value creationPresent and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing objectionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in the company's CRM systemMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvementsCollaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experienceConsistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company objectivesRepresent the company professionally in all interactions, ensuring a customer-centric approach in every engagementProvide feedback and insights to sales leadership regarding customer needs, market trends, and areas for process improvementParticipate in regular training and development initiatives to stay current with industry trends and enhance selling skillsAdditional job duties as assigned
Skills/Experience Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be consideredMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quicklyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex conceptsProficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and technology platforms; experience with platforms like Salesforce is a plusAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and apply insights to strategyHighly organized with strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environmentSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving measurable resultsAdaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced sales environmentCommitment to continuous learning and professional development in sales techniques and industry knowledgeAbility to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environment
