TheDirector, Services Sales & Outcomes Role
Qlik is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Services Sales & Outcomes to lead our Americas Professional Services sales organization. This leader will drive the growth of Qliks services revenue by overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of services solution sales. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in professional services, strong sales leadership capabilities, and robust experience in sales operations, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
This role is integral to Qlik's go-to-market strategy, partnering cross-functionally with License Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment between customer objectives and Qliks services portfolio. You will manage a team of high-performing Services Solutions Leaders who are responsible for positioning and closing consulting services engagements with new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Lead a team of Services Solutions Leaders across strategic accounts and regions.Define and execute the services sales strategy to support company-wide growth goals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with Qliks senior leadership, account executives, and customer stakeholders.
Sales Execution & Enablement
Own the full services sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to proposal development, SOW negotiation, and transition to delivery.Drive pipeline development and manage forecasting, territory planning, and resource allocation.Provide executive sponsorship and oversight to strategic engagements.Establish best practices for deal structuring, proposal quality, and value articulation.
Operational Excellence
Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of services revenue using Salesforce and Qlik Sense dashboards.Create and refine services sales assets, playbooks, and scoping templates.Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve win rates, deal velocity, and attach rates.
Collaboration & Partnership
Partner with Software Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to design tailored service offerings aligned to customer needs.Collaborate with Marketing and Product to position new offerings and solutions effectively.Support the evolution of Qlik + Talend integrated services offerings in line with the companys broader platform vision.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required, masters degree in business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Professional Services Sales, Consulting, or Software Solutions.5+ years in a sales leadership role managing quota-carrying solution consultants or services sales teams.Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar quotas and complex sales cycles in an enterprise software environment.Strong understanding of enterprise data management, business intelligence, and cloud technologies.Experience in professional services scoping, pricing models, and project delivery methodologies.Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and services forecasting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Qlik, Talend, or similar data integration and analytics platforms.Background in enterprise SaaS sales and digital transformation consulting.PMP or other project management certifications.Executive-level presence with ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business functions.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $168,000 $192,500 per year. This position is eligible for a commission within a range of $72,000 $82,500 subject to meeting targets set forth in a sales compensation plan. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidates location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
