Learfield Amplify is actively seeking a Senior Account Executive for the University's ticket sales team. Our highly valued sales representatives are a critical piece of our puzzle! Without their contributions, the property could not deliver on its commitments. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Senior Account Executive to provide the necessary support to the ticket sales team. The goal is to facilitate the school's outreach and revenue generation to maximize and help the university grow in attendance and revenue. Responsibilities:
Sell Season Tickets, Corporate Packages, Premium Seats, Partial Plans, Group Tickets, and other Ticket products for all ticketed sportsCall current and past customers and cold-call new sales leads to generate ticket sales and donationsContact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to generate ticket sales and donationsWork all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the gameBuild relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer serviceAchieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals established by managementAct proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customersProvide superior customer service to clients throughout the seasonMiscellaneous duties as assigned by Director of Sales
Qualifications:
Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationshipsHave a friendly and professional telephone mannerStrong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional careerEffectively express ideas verbally and in writingIndependently take action beyond what is called forBe able to generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunitiesDemonstrate a positive attitudeMaintain a flexible work scheduleHistory of success in ticket sales preferably with a major Division 1 university or professional sports organizationMinimum 2 year of sales or customer service experience.Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software such as Salesforce a plusBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Pay Transparency

The base pay for this position is $23.50 per hour. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
