Role and Responsibilities
Maintain and grow existing customer base.Engage new customer requests to gain additional new business and increase sales.Recover lost business through targeted contact with customers via email & phone.Assist all customer requests.Work with other departments to provide high level of customer service to gain customer trust.Have extensive product knowledge.Stay alert to industry trends (i.e. new products, new business opportunities)Work directly with vendors on quote opportunities, and maintain a healthy 'company to vendor' relationship.Help cover for other sales territories during vacations or as necessary.
