The NFPA is searching for an experienced Sales Administrator to support our Global Sales team as we drive business results through becoming more global, digital, and connected to our customers. This role directly supports the Enterprise Sales Team in winning new customers and consistently delighting our current managed accounts. You will contribute to NFPA's Mission, Vision, and Strategic initiatives by Interacting with sales department, customers and/or other departments to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales functions to improve both revenue results and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:?
Updates and maintains CRM database to maintain data integrity, updating customer records and creating and managing user accounts, roles, and user profiles based on requirements Hands on experience Creating custom reports and dashboards to visualize data and track performance, manage budget and forecast the results of sales revenue through CRM. Early-stage lead follow-up and qualification for global sales team, including trade show attendance lists Providing training and support to sales and applications teams to maximize leads and opportunities Validate, track and manage leads and opportunities through the quoting process Manage applications team workflow to ensure quoting process is in line with customer commitments Create/test and monitor marketing call to action links, phone, email, etc.? Assist Finance in managing and finalizing monthly and quarterly reports for sales commission reports Assess and assign all leads coming in from Marketing (Dashboard) Also cases in the queue Assist Sales team with contracts compliance Coordinate with the fulfillment and professional development teams to ensure all training events are performed to customer expectations. Support the renewal efforts on NFPA LiNK™ by working with billing and fulfillment teams. Requirements:
Associate's degree 5+ years supporting an enterprise sales team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Hubspot experience a plus) Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar role required Must be fluent in English Strong organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
