The Director of Sales Analytics and Analysis Role
The Director of Sales Analytics & Analysis will lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance across all channels. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on analytics, providing actionable insights that inform decision-making at the executive level. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales operations, advanced analytical techniques, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Key Responsibilities for this role are as follows:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the sales analytics team, setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance reports and dashboards. Utilize advanced analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and capacity plans. Ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to integrate insights and drive cohesive strategies
Advanced Analytics Implementation: Apply predictive modeling and machine learning techniques to anticipate market trends and inform strategic decisions.
Technology & Tools Management: Oversee the deployment and utilization of analytics tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Domo) to streamline processes and enhance data accessibility.
Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on analytics methodologies and career growth opportunities.
Were looking for a teammate with:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales analytics or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite), data visualization tools, and advanced analytics techniques.
Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,000-202,000 USD per year. This position is eligible for a corporate bonus under the Companys corporate bonus plan. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidates location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
