Williams Form Engineering has been a leader in manufacturing quality products for the Construction and Fastener Industries for over 80 years. Our construction products are divided into three main categories: Concrete Forming Hardware and Accessories; Rock and Concrete Anchor Bolts; and Post Tensioning Systems. We design and manufacture these products with pride and provide them at fair marketable prices. Each product line is complete with engineering, installation, and testing equipment with onsite technical support available. Williams Form Engineering is looking for someone to work directly with the outside sales representatives assisting with customer communication, recordkeeping, material quoting, and order follow-through. This position is based out of our Golden, CO location.

Primary Responsibilities:
Process telephone/email requests for price quotations, place orders and/or changes to orders.Achieve and maintain good rapport with customers to give them the best possible service.Retrieve customer information and status of purchase orders within ERP system.Prepare paperwork to be given to accounting department for credit or debit to be issued.Keep customer records in quoting system up to date.
Qualifications:
4 Year College Degree in related filed (Engineering, Construction Management, Business or similar).One year of inside sales experience preferredTyping skills and computer software knowledge (Microsoft Excel)Effective written and verbal communication skills; exceptional customer relationsProduct knowledge or industry experience an assetUS Citizen or Green Card holder
