POSITION SUMMARY
This position will provide assistance to the sales team and sales manager in managing the sales cycle. *Successful candidates must be able to commute to our Milwaukee/Hartland location as needed to fulfill the in-person requirements of this role; full-time remote work is not available.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Inside Sales Support Representative responsibilities include:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstanding and further qualifying customer needs and requirementsKeen ability to understand and further qualify customer needs and requirementsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureClose sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsPerform effective online/virtual demos to prospectsStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with a CRM SystemExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyQuoting Process and Order Support for Outside Sales Representatives:
Assist Outside Sales Representatives when needed with the new, used, and allied quote processes by researchingWork with internal departments (i.e. leasing, service contracts, etc.) as needed to gather pricing information for Outside Sales Reps to add to customer quotes.As needed, work with service department to gather supplied by dealer (SBD) pricing for equipment installation quotesCoordinate and work cross functionally to resolve issues with sales transactionsSupport allied quote process by researching items and contacting vendors for pricing. With sales input, prepare allied quotes. Write up reports of sales for allied quotes that convert to orders.Set up new customers in CRM/SRA. Modify existing customers and contacts as needed.Modify existing equipment and allied quotes as directed by salespeopleParticipate in and support used equipment quote process as directed by salesCustomer Communication
Based upon Management's guidance, use Equipment Depot suite of tools to update customers on status of current projects, shipment informationFollow up on equipment orders to make sure customer is satisfied with products and Equipment DepotFirst stop for incoming sales calls- qualify information to make sure the customer is routed to the correct personAssist with credit applications/requests or other requests for informationDesign and provide reporting based on customer requests.Assist in the research and resolution of customer complaints/issues
Qualifications:
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 3 + years of office administration/customer service experience; prior sales experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and abilities of Microsoft Office products
