Overview:
Edifecs is looking for a candidate to join our team as aRegional Vice President, Healthcare Payer Sales. This is a direct sales position with quota responsibility. The idealcandidatewill be an articulate, high-energy, self-motivated sales professional with a minimum of 10 years experience selling enterprise software solutions to the health insurance industry. If a candidate has experience selling B2B, middleware, data transformation solutions, business intelligence software, or value- based care thats a plus. TheRegional Vice President, Payer Saleswill be responsible for managing all Health Care sales activity for key accountsgrowing Edifecs revenues and client base in this territory.
What you will do:
Prospects and qualifies new sales leads to expand the customer basePresents and demonstrates the value of products or services to prospective buyersBuilds and maintains relationships with clients and potential clientsUnderstands customer needs and developing tailored proposals and solutionsNegotiates contract terms with clients and communicates terms to stakeholdersCollaborates with sales teams to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-sellingManages a portfolio of accounts and operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to those accountsTracks, analyzes, and communicates key quantitative metrics and business trends to management and clientsOwns the sales process, helping the organization understand the customer, and coordinating with other team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutionsKeeps up-to-date with market trends, product innovations, and competitor actionsWhat you will bring:
10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven prospecting skills5+years experience selling technology solutions to the US health insurance market,The ability to understand clients business issues and align the value of Edifecs solutions to these issues successfullyOutstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detailOrganized, self-motivated, hard-working problem-solver who can work with minimal direction once objectives are clearly statedComputer skills competency including MS Office suite and SalesForce.com, and strong documentation skills
Note: The base pay for this position varies based on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. The expected base pay range is$120,000 - $150,000 per year, with anOn-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $350,000 - $450,000. We are pleased to offer our associates a comprehensive well-being plan.
