Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist for DTS who will overlay our acct services and new logo team. The Sales Specialists will work closely with the core sales team to drive new business opportunities and existing customers opportunities and support the sales cycle for Coretelligent's Data Technology Services (DTS) offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of data technologies, including cloud services, data management, AI, Automation and digital transformation
As a Sales Specialists, your role is pivotal in accelerating growth for Coretelligent's DTS division by providing expertise, guidance, and strategic insights throughout the sales process. This role will be responsible for building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored DTS solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Strategy:Collaborate with the core sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics for securing new business within the DTS vertical.Assist in creating customized proposals, presentations, and solutions for prospects that align with their data needs.Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Coretelligents DTS solutions, including but not limited to data management, cloud infrastructure, data security, and analytics.Lead Generation and Qualification:Identify and engage potential clients who could benefit from Coretelligents DTS offerings.Qualify sales leads, working in tandem with account executives to prioritize and strategize next steps.Client Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.Serve as the trusted advisor for clients by understanding their business challenges and providing relevant DTS solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions are aligned with client needs and Coretelligents service capabilities.Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop materials, campaigns, and outreach strategies specific to the DTS sector.Sales Enablement:Provide ongoing support and enablement to sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the latest information on DTS offerings.Provide training and guidance to internal sales staff on the technical aspects of the DTS portfolio.Performance Metrics and Reporting:Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and deal progress within the DTS sector.Provide feedback and insights to leadership regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development within the IT services or technology sector.Proven success in selling or supporting sales in data technology services, cloud services, cybersecurity, or managed IT services.Previous experience as a Sales Engineer or Sales Overlay is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of data technologies including cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data management, and security.Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and managed services offerings.
Skills and Abilities:Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for clients.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organization.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.Ability to travel as required.
Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience):$135k-$150k Base Salary

This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations (with the exception of MA, NY, and CA). Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
